Andrew talks about the founding coalition and the campaign that is under way to pass SB 810, State Senator Mark Leno’s legislation for Single Payer Health Insurance for ALL Californians. Andrew has created an amazing campaign that includes a new 30-second spot every day for 365 days. These ads feature proponents of “single payer” doing their own ads. Anyone can submit an ad and so far there have been ordinary folk like you and me, and celebrities such as Lily Tomlin, AKA Ernestine and Paula Poundstone just to name a few.
