Ok, let’s clarify that. The financial mechanism paying for our healthcare delivery system is fundamentally broken, and therein lies the big problem. Within a system of excellent medical care, if the patient doesn’t have access to healthcare, little else matters. That’s why we are on a mission to find solutions.

Healthcare in America is the first program of its kind — focusing on fact-based discussions led by nurses, the most trusted professionals twenty years running. We are creating a dialog with national experts who offer facts and solutions, care providers, and the patients who are directly impacted by our broken system.

We’ll explore the ramifications of the apparent demise of the Affordable Care Act on access to healthcare, nurses as activists, educators and, advocates, what we can all do to forward conversations that can make a difference to the far-reaching challenges that affect us all.
