Jimmy Fucello, a personal trainer and running back, shares with us some of the benefits of exercise: it protects bone health, muscle mass, and helps prevent diseases and reduces stress.   Jimmy takes us through some simple exercises (both compound and isolation exercises), and explains the benefits of each.  We do some shoulder presses, lateral raises, front raises and more!  Jimmy has a passion for fitness, exercise and makes P90X look like a breeze.  I got to ask Jimmy what that band that football players wear on their arms is for…the answer will surprise you!  Exercise!  Another way we want you to get educated, get empowered, and get healthy!
