Pre-existing conditions are the latest obstacle collateral damage. Donna also talks about the horrific border policies that are resulting in infants, toddlers and parents being separated.
“People tend to think, its not happening to me so I don’t have to be immediately involved with it. We have to be involved when its our neighbors, when its other people in this country even when it doesn’t touch us directly. Otherwise, who stands with us when we’re in trouble?”
